To book a villa:

• Select your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.
• Contact us to confirm availability and your booking details.
• Make the payment by bank transfer and send the payment confirmation to our email address.
• Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Cash Payment Option:

Cash payment is accepted upon arrival. However, a minumim of one night payment must be received by Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before the check-in date, the payment is fully refundable.
• If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, the payment is non-refundable.
• Payment of one night deposit is non-refundable in case of Cash Payment Option.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show, 50% of the payment will be refunded to the guest.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of up to USD 250 may be required in cash upon arrival.
• The full deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided that there are no damages or other applicable charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM (14:00).
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (11:00).
• Latest check-in: 11:00 PM (23:00).

Late Check-out:

Late check-out must be requested at least one day in advance and is subject to availability.

Check-in Requirements:

• Guests are required to present a valid identification document for registration upon check-in and address.

Yes. Free private parking is available on-site, and no reservation is required.

No. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all villas.

Kumburgaz Beach is approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) from the property.

Yes. All villas have a garden area where guests can relax and enjoy a barbecue.

The swimming pool is Communal. There is no additional charge for using the swimming pool or barbecue area.
